History of the Firm:

United Overseas Patent Firm (UOPF) and United Overseas Trade Mark Company (UOTMC), both have their roots in the parental litigation based organization, DELHI REGISTRATION SERVICES, which was established in 1948 and which, in due course of time, achieved phenomenal growth with considerable client base. Therefore, to maintain the organizations dignity in terms of its specialized and diversified ever-expanding Intellectual Property based services; UOPF and UOTMC were founded in 1992, with their independent status. For last fifteen years, both the firms have been working in great harmony and are experiencing mutual flourishment.
